Up to 80% Loan to Value

Maximum loan of £750,000.00

Employer must have a UK presence

Most countries of residence considered

Must be paid in one of the following currencies: Pound Sterling, Euro (GBP), United States Dollar (USD), Canadian Dollars (CAD), Singapore Dollar (SGD), Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), Swiss Franc (CHF), Norwegian Krone (NOK), Emirati Dirham (AED), Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD), Qatari Riyal (QAR)

Minimum income of £40,000.00 (GBP equivalent)

For Purchases and Remortgages

Property must be located in England or Wales

Deposit must be held in a UK bank account at the time of application

No maximum age limit

Expat Buy to Let Criteria

Up to 80% Loan to Value

Maximum loan of £750,000.00

Employer must be a recognised international employer

Most countries of residence considered

For applicants paid in any currency

Minimum income of £40,000.00 (GBP equivalent)

For Purchases and Remortgages

Property must be located in England or Wales

£ for £ remortgages calculated at 125% rental cover

Deposit must be held in a UK bank account at the time of application

No maximum age limit
