Biography
A native of rural Monmouthshire, Fergus has since made Cardiff his personal and professional home after joining Clifton PF.
Joining the company as its first graduate in 2019, Fergus swiftly moved up the ranks to Senior Finance Broker, and leads a small but dedicated team within our bridging department.
Perhaps with the most intriguing backstory in the company, before joining Clifton, Fergus was the estate manager for the largest horse-stud in the Southern Hemisphere.
In terms of future plans, Fergus has his eye on furthering his expertise with a RICS qualification in valuations, specifically the Certificate in Residential Valuation Methodology. He is also keenly interested in property investment, specifically properties with a short lease.
Away from the office, Fergus is an avid golfer and a committed rugby fan, with plans to attend the World Cup Final in France. His love for good food is also noteworthy; he underwent chef’s training during his university years, before quickly realising that the culinary arts were better enjoyed as a hobby rather than a career.
