The wife, a Communications Director for a global company, had secured a new role with the business in the UK, while the husband was in the middle of career negotiations and had not yet secured a new job.

• Gave flexibility to reassess their financial picture in two years once the husband was back in full-time work
• Ensured they could buy the home they wanted without delay or compromise
