Sam is Head of Bridging at Clifton Private Finance and leads our Cardiff office.

Sam is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the bridging team, fostering growth within the department, and transacting deals for his own clients.

His leadership has led the team to prestigious industry awards including “Regulated Broker of the Year” and “Service Excellence for Brokers,” and has also earned him recognition as one of the “30 under 30 UK Power List” and “Top 30 UK Brokers.”

Sam is a prominent figure in the bridging industry, and is regularly featured in leading bridging-related publications, such as Mortgage Strategy, providing insights into the industry and sharing his expertise.

Sam has ambitious plans for the future of the department, aiming for careful and consistent growth to build on what is already an industry-renowned team. His ultimate goal is to position CPF as the go-to firm for bridging finance in the UK.

Outside of the office, Sam's interests revolve around music, films, and sport. A perfect weekend would involve immersing himself in country music and enjoying a game of golf.
