NatWest Buy to Let Mortgages

For a Buy to Let Mortgage from NatWest, a borrower will be subject to the following criteria:

  • A minimum loan of £25,000
  • Fixed rate options
  • Tracker rate options
  • A minimum deposit of 30%
  • Affordability and Projected rental income – you'll need to demonstrate that your rental income is  at least 125%-135% of the monthly mortgage repayments
  • If you have a portfolio, all properties must be profitable
  • You must be able to demonstrate that you can afford mortgage repayments should interest rates increase to 5.5%
